While at the time there was a lot of welders in the area, the skills and dedication to excellence allowed him to grow and diversify.
The facility is still on the family farm in the middle of the farming community of Northern Indiana, but it is not the same small welding operation.
It has increased the size and capacity of the operations steadily as the needs of their customers required.

It is a company with certified welders; a well-rounded machine shop, a complete fabrication shop, a paint room, and mobile welding facilities all housed in a 70,000-sq. ft. facility.
